Creative Projects
At Grants and Grit, creativity is not separate from strategy. It is part of how we think, design, and lead.
Our creative work strengthens our ability to see patterns, tell more honest stories, and build solutions that are culturally grounded and human-centered. It sharpens how we approach funding strategy, organizational design, and leadership.
Through our creative projects, we remain connected to the communities, traditions, and lived experiences that inform our work as a part of our practice.

A Division of Grants & Grit LLC Creole Stubbie
Creole Stubbie is the culinary expression of our family’s legacy.
It is a dessert line inspired by recipes rooted in New Orleans kitchens and generations of women who baked with intention, memory, and care.
Created in honor of my mother, Creole Stubbie carries forward traditions through peach cobbler, pound cake, and cookies made to be shared.
This work reflects our belief that culture, memory, and community are not separate from business. They are what make it meaningful and sustainable.
Creole Stubbie is presented through as part of our broader commitment to preserving culture and intergenerational legacy. Why This Matters
We believe the most effective strategies are grounded in real life, not abstraction. Our creative work keeps us connected to community, culture, stories, and legacy. It ensures that the systems we help design are not reflective of the people they are meant to serve.
