Grants and Grit offers dynamic, equity-centered workshops, trainings, keynotes, and retreat curation that move people from confusion to clarity with power, purpose, and possibility. We make fundraising, development, and strategy make sense, especially for Black and Brown-led nonprofits navigating the exhaustion of philanthropy’s gatekeeping.
And for the record, our retreats don’t make people want to disappear.
We design restorative, joyful, and radically useful retreats, not trauma-dumps, not empty affirmations, and definitely not a waste of your time. These are for leaders who are tired of burnout disguised as “team building” and want real space to think, breathe, and build.
