We Make it Make Sense.
Our Services
At Grants and Grit, our services are not transactions. They are partnerships rooted in purpose, justice, and wholeness. We pair technical expertise with cultural fluency and healing-informed practices, because survival alone is not justice. Every offering moves us toward sustainability, clarity, and freedom.
At Grants and Grit, our time, expertise, and lived experience are valuable, and we treat them as such.
We don’t offer “pick your brain” sessions because the knowledge we share comes from years of doing this work inside nonprofits, alongside community, and within systems that have historically underpaid and undervalued Black and Brown labor.
We believe in fair exchange, mutual respect, and purpose-driven partnership. That means consultations are intentional, compensated, and rooted in alignment, not extraction.
If you're curious about working with us, we can set up a discovery call to explore if we’re the right fit for impact that’s built, not borrowed.
